Ancient Ruins of Rauh: If you side with Hornsent against Leda, or skip their fight in Shadow Keep, Hornsent will invade you at the top of the stairs in the Ancient Ruins of Rauh, just before the boss fight. Defeat him to Elden Ring Items earn the Falx and the Hornsent Armor Set.
Enir-Ilim: Should you miss the earlier encounters, Hornsent can be found in the Cleansing Chamber of Enir-Ilim. After a challenging fight, defeat him to obtain Falx and the Hornsent Armor Set.
