Blizzard hosted a live stream to announce their latest expansion of World of Warcraft, Dragonflight. Although the announcement may be a long way away still, it has given most of the player base a renewed sense of WOW WoTLK Classic Gold confidence that they will be able to play their beloved MMO. But with any major game announcement, there's always doubt.
Through various threads on the World of Warcraft subreddit, people have shared their enthusiasm and displeasures about the upcoming features. While the general consensus is excited, some have raised concerns and suggestions for tweaks that they hope will be addressed prior the release and also the need for more information on areas that aren't included on the game's stream.
Dragon Riding isn't good for older Mounts
One of the new feature announcements that are causing many to be delighted and some left disappointed can be seen in the news announcement for Dragon Riding. This is a brand-new improvement skill that will allow players to learn new skills when riding their customized dragon mount. Previously, mounts had been mostly cosmetic in nature, and each mount has the identical physical properties.
But therein lies the problem for a lot of people, since they think this will hurt old mounts they've spent lots hours collecting. One fan made a post about their opinions on the trailer's new features and trailer including "I'm just worried how the "flying" will make me feel outside that new zone though."
Alexstrasza's Story Will Be Ruined
World of Warcraft has a long history of baddie dragons and with no clear idea of the villain, many are concerned that one of the popular characters may fall into the path of corruption just like others been in Azeroth. Alexstrasza is a particular fan-favorite, and many are worried about fate of her character.
One fan, Warped_Unicorn created a meme of it, sharing the fate of previous dragons who were transformed to evil with Alexstrasza as the bottom. We hope that the writers don't take a drastic turn and stick with this red dragon.
Other races would have been better
World of Warcraft has tons of humanoid species that are iconic, as well as many who have been asking for their inclusion as players in the game for quite a while. Battle for Azeroth included a range of allied races, offering players more choices. However, players still have hopes to see the return of classic races such as gnolls, murlocs and ogres.
One Redditor Dorm_five 1. uses the buy WOW WoTLK Classic Gold new meme style from the trailer for Thor: Love and Thunder. It shows Thor dressed as a Dracthyr and standing in right in front of Peter Quill (representing the playerbase) who is looking lovingly at the countless characters in the background. Warcraft is among the most epic fantasy universes and its creatures are key to it.
